Flight Information
Baltimore/Washington International Thurgood Marshall Airport (BWI)
BWI is located about 30 minutes from Towson, MD. It is a hub for Southwest Airlines but most other major airlines fly into BWI. Once you arrive, you may either rent a car or take a Taxi/Uber/Lyft to your hotel.
The Taxi Stand is on the lower level, outside of Baggage Claim. The UBER/LYFT pickups are the Upper Departure Level between Doors 5-12. All of the major car rental companies are located within the airport.

Uber from BWI Airport
Request a ride in the Uber App when you’re ready to walk outside.
Choose a ride option that suits your group size and luggage storage needs. And enter your concourse and door number (choose door # 5-12) so your driver knows where to meet you.
Exit on the Upper Departures level, near the door you selected. This is where you’ll meet your driver, at the door you selected in the UBER/LYFT app.
Look for your driver. If you can’t find your driver, contact them through the app.

Sheraton Baltimore North Hotel
A block of rooms for the Favazza-Peterson Wedding have been reserved at a special rate at the Sheraton Baltimore North in Towson, MD. The special rate is available October 17-20, but reservations must be made no later than September 18, 2024. You may use this link to book a room at a special rate. The Coach Bus transporting wedding guests to/from the wedding will depart from this hotel. The hotel does offer a shuttle bus service to the surrounding area. Check with the front desk for times and availability.

Coach Bus to Bowling Brook Mansion
Round-trip coach bus transportation to Bowling Brook Mansion is provided. When you RSVP for the wedding, you will need to indicate if you intend to take the coach bus. It is recommended that, if you are taking the bus, you be in the hotel lobby at 1:30pm. The shuttle will board at 1:45pm and depart NO LATER THAN 2:00 p.m. from the Sheraton Baltimore North Hotel. It will take about 50 minutes each way. If you are staying at another hotel, you may Uber or drive to the Sheraton to take the coach bus. Paid parking is available at the hotel.

Train Information
Should you wish to take the train into Washington DC, trains depart from Penn Station in Baltimore very frequently. It is about a 20 minute Taxi/Uber/Lyft ride from the Sheraton to Penn Station. The ride from Penn Station to Union Station in Washington DC takes about an hour. Fares range from $9 to $12 one-way and discounts for seniors are available.
